Philip Hunt

Chairman
Philip is an investor and board advisor to a range of businesses in the technology, digital communications, property and media industries. He started his career as an accountant with Ernst and Young, before moving into corporate finance and corporate turnaround roles. Philip led the buy-out of Wheel, the largest digital communications agency in London in the early 2000s. Since selling Wheel to LBi, (and then Publicis), Philip has worked with many technology businesses including, among others, MTM London; Bowen Craggs; Firebolt; Aqueduct; Preloaded; Line; The UX Agency; ROEYE; Net Media Planet, as well as chairing the digital transformation specialist, Seren Partners, now EY Seren.
Philip graduated in PPE from Christ Church, Oxford.
Nigel Gale

Nigel leads Vuealta’s Sales operations globally, with responsibility for our businesses in North and South America, Europe Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific. In his previous role with Anaplan, he served as the Regional Vice President of sales for Financial Services.
Before joining Anaplan in October 2015, Nigel served as the global Vice President of Sales at a division of Rolls Royce namely Optimised Systems and Solutions working with global Airlines and Energy companies and prior to that was the RVP of Sales at BusinessObjects for Northern Europe.
Nigel holds an MBA and BEng honours degrees from Nottingham University and spent his first ten years at Caradon Group on supply chain transformation projects.
Malcolm Nisbet

Malcolm is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the finance and corporate administrative operations at Vuealta. He brings over a decade of experience in the finance functions of international and high-growth businesses within software-as-a-service and bio-tech industries.
Prior to Vuealta, Malcolm was Head of Finance at Oxford Nanoimaging, helping them secure their series B funding round. He has also held positions within Veeva and Zinc Ahead.
Malcolm received his degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from Durham University. He is a chartered accountant, starting his career in audit at Blick Rothenberg.

Irfan has spent the last 15 years within a variety of leadership roles in the consulting industry focused on business analysis, finance transformation, and the implementation of finance-focused technology. As a trusted advisor, Irfan brings a balanced lens between functional/technical acumen in order to clearly translate business requirements into measurable and quantifiable results.
Irfan has vast experience in a multitude of industries, namely financial services, insurance/reinsurance, financial planning and analysis, and CFO advisory.
Sean Culligan

Sean leads the EMEA services team with responsibility for all project delivery within the region.
Before joining Vuealta in 2017 as one of the founding team, Sean supported the development of a global Anaplan practice at OpenSymmetry (an SPM focused management consultancy) with leadership of the EMEA practice.
Having worked on a diversity of projects across many sectors, Sean is comfortable managing complex projects; producing and presenting detailed analyses to stakeholders at all levels, using the results of this work to develop businesses cases for change, and then planning and leading projects through change and implementation.
He is a certified Master Anaplanner and has led Anaplan implementations across a range of use cases in the UK and Europe while also providing subject matter expertise globally. Sean also supports the wider Anaplan eco-system having sat on product advisory boards and provided focused expertise and guidance in the data integration and extensibility areas.
Sean holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from University of Johannesburg.

Ricky has over 10 years experience in Performance Management, Business Planning and Modelling . Ambitious, focused, works well as an individual or team player to meet objectives and achieve goals. Qualified Accountant. Has been an internal Consultant for Nestle, system accountant at Thomson-Reuters, a Part-time lecturer in Business and Finance, Published Author, and a Consultant for IBM. Specialising in Financial Performance Management, a graduate of IBM’s Top Talent programme class of 2011, and multiple hero awards for successful client deliveries. Accredited to work on consolidation and planning implementations and is certified to deliver Anaplan Courses.
Ricky’s Anaplan experience ranges from building demo use cases , delivering courses to various companies globally and facilitating workshops on the Anaplan way methodology. Previous to Anaplan Ricky has worked on FP&A multi-dimensional modelling projects, Financial Consolidation and Planning. Managing all financial aspects of projects; Improvement of performances and reliability of data; Provide budgeting and forecast information and project cash outflows; and assisting with development of information systems and implementation.
